4 days off!

Greetings!

I have had a busy couple of weeks, or least I worked on the weekdays and I had a busy couple of week ends.

The past 2 weekends have been exactly what I want in a weekend.

Last weekend I went out with friends on Friday night, went dancing until I could dance no more. Then the next morning I took a walk, to wake up beofre my big day of cleaning (or so I thought) when that same group of friends drove by on the way to the beach. So to the beach I went. And they had snorkelling equipment. So me (unprepared for the beach) went snorkelling in my undies and a T-shirt. It was pretty unreal. If you have never gone snorkelling in the ocean I highly suggest it. I have been swimming in the Ocean a dozen or so times and never realized how beautiful it was right under my feet. I just went a bit off of the swimming beach and swam with the most colorful fish and the most vibrant seaweed. And we were just mucking around. I now have a goal to make it to the Great Barrier Reef to do some more snorkelling, and if I have the time actually learn to SCUBA. Then on Sunday my housemates and I had a little party to clear out our jungle of a back yard. It was quite the sucessful day. There were 6 of us armed with saws, axes, racks and garbage bags. The garden is still nowhere near being complete but now it is usable.

Then came this weekend. Thursday night I went dancing. Friday I went to Southhead. Which is where the Sydney Harbour spills into the ocean walked around there for a while and had a beer on the waterfront. Friday and Saturday burr, I know that I relazed at home, walked around town and did a bit of shopping. Then on Easter Sunday I had a big picnic with the same people that I spent Christmas with. There were about 6 of us and we had a feast in a park. And Monday was just a day of calm before I went to work on Tuesday.

Tuesday was yesterday and the goof stuff just keeps going. I called my friend Lara. Her and her housemates were going skateboarding so I watched them skateboard and then we made a huge feast. Burritos with homeade flours, sangria, and fortune cookies for dessert. Ended the night witha bit of fire twirling. A skill that I am quickly learning and many of you have asked about. Well I am realizing that the past couple of weeks have been so filled that the days have all blurred together. It has been full. I have had times that I have set aside to set up pictures on my site but I have been distracted. It is on my "to do" list.

As for my new job, I am still sussing it out.

Words of this update, I am having a hard time coming up with these now, since I am so immersed in the language here I have just been using the new words without thinking abotu it now, this might be the last vocab lesson for a bit:
